Super-cooled work van (You might be a redneck if…)
…you cut the top sections off the back doors of your work van. I was behind this rig at a light and had to take a picture. Note that the glass is not just gone, but the top halves of the doors have actually been removed. Oh, and it was about 25 degrees F outside when I saw it.

I may have seen something just as strange last week. I don’t remember what model of car exactly (a four door family car of some sort), but picture this: trunk missing, rear window missing, rear doors missing: all of this looked like it was cut out of the car with a welding torch. Half the roof was cut away as well.
Right behind the driver/passenger seat was a huge sheet of plexiglass forming ersatz rear wall. Someone had turned their early 2000s car into one of those 1970s car/truck combos that I can’t remember the name of.
Keep in mind I saw two people tooling around in 30 degree weather in this contraption, too. The only things I can think of are a) it was some awesome car show mod that was halfway done, or b) it was their pallet transporter and I guess Datsun pickups are getting harder to find these days.
